About Nadine Ashraf

Nadine Ashraf is a marketing and sports professional with a passion for movement, wellness, and self-connection. With a degree in Marketing and International Business from Cardiff Metropolitan University, she brings six years of marketing experience and seven years in the sports and fitness industry.

Her certifications include STOTT Pilates Teacher, Reformer Pilates Instructor, Aerial Yoga Teacher, and Flexibility Teacher. Trained as both a ballerina and equestrian, Nadine has developed a deep understanding of body awareness, strength, and balance. Currently, she teaches Reformer Pilates at Axis Pilates Studio in Sheikh Zayed, guiding clients toward improved strength, posture, and body connection.

Vision

Nadine’s dream is to open her own Pilates studio — a sanctuary where people can reconnect with their bodies, rediscover movement, and cultivate mindful awareness. Her vision is to create a space rooted in knowledge, proper technique, and internationally recognized certifications, ensuring every session is safe, effective, and educational.
