Interview with Raghda Ibrahim: From Gymnastics to Global Fitness Coaching
Q1: Can you introduce yourself to our readers? A: My name is Raghda Ibrahim. I started my athletic journey at the age of eight with gymnastics, where I became a champion early on.
Q2: How did your path evolve after gymnastics? A: I transitioned into taekwondo, trained hard, and competed in national championships. I earned many titles and achieved the black belt.
Q3: Did you also work as a coach? A: Yes, I became a taekwondo coach and a fitness trainer for a team preparing for national competitions.
Q4: Were you involved in other sports as well? A: Absolutely. I competed in track and field, especially the 10-kilometer race, and won most of the events I entered
Q5: What about your experience in fitness centers? A: Over the past six years, I’ve worked in more than five gyms across Sharqia, Cairo, and Aswan. I’ve coached bodybuilding, fitness, personal training, and online coaching.
Q6: How was your academic journey? A: I graduated among the top of my class from the Faculty of Sports Science after four years of study.
Q7: Have you had opportunities abroad? A: Yes, I received a job offer overseas and I’m currently working in the sports field internationally, continuing my journey and passion.
Q8: What’s your advice to others pursuing health and fitness? A: Invest in your health—it’s our most powerful tool to stay strong and well. And remember, our dreams aren’t impossible; they just need time and responsibility.
