Zeinab Zahran — Certified Yoga Instructor, Voice-Over & Dubbing Artist, Mental Health Specialist & Learning Support Educator

My journey has always been rooted in one belief: true wellbeing begins when we care for the mind, body, soul, and voice as one.

For over eight years, I’ve worked in education as an English and Learning Support teacher, helping children with different learning styles discover their strengths and build confidence in themselves. That experience taught me that every individual learns, grows, and heals differently—and that there is never a one-size-fits-all approach.

My passion for human wellbeing led me beyond the classroom. Becoming a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor allowed me to explore movement not just as exercise, but as a powerful tool for healing, self-awareness, and transformation. Through yoga, I discovered how breath, mobility, strength, and mindfulness work together to restore balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Alongside my yoga training, earning my certification as a Mental Health Specialist deepened my understanding of the relationship between emotional wellbeing and physical health. It reinforced what I had already witnessed through both teaching and yoga: when we create safety within the mind and body, healing becomes possible.

As a voice-over and dubbing artist, I discovered another dimension of healing: the voice. Breath is the bridge between movement and expression. The way we breathe influences the way we speak, and the way we speak often reflects how we feel. I believe healing isn’t only about becoming stronger physically—it’s also about finding your authentic voice, expressing yourself freely, and feeling safe enough to be heard. Whether through movement, conversation, or storytelling, the voice has the power to connect, empower, and transform.

My classes are designed with intention. Rather than focusing solely on flexibility or aesthetics, I prioritize mindful movement, mobility, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and body awareness. Whether someone is stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years away, my goal is to create a space where they feel supported, empowered, and connected to themselves.

Through private sessions, wellness events, and community classes, I’ve had the privilege of guiding people toward moving with greater confidence, reducing stress, and reconnecting with their bodies. Every session is tailored to the individual because every body—and every story—is unique.

My philosophy is simple: Move. Heal. Speak.

Movement helps us reconnect with our bodies. Healing helps us reconnect with ourselves. And finding our voice allows us to reconnect with the world around us.

My mission is to bring together yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, mental wellbeing, education, and authentic self-expression to help people build healthier, stronger, and more balanced lives—inside and out.
